My darling Kathleen
On Monday Susan, Jem and I travelled to Benidorm and went on the market and I bought myself a long coat to keep me warm when it's a bit nippy here and when I go to England. I had a look for you a bumbag but they did not seem to have the ones you like.
On Tuesday we went out, then in the afternoon I had a rest and in the evening we went to a place that you liked to go Benidorm Palace. We were with friends from the RAF club that I go to once a month and we all raised our glasses and wished you a very happy birthday my darling.
We had a lovely meal and the entertainment as usual was very enjoyable a lovely night.
You are always in my thoughts love you lots my darling Kathleen.
